Good morning everyone! Sorry for not being able to blog yesterday. I was actually on leave and I stayed at home to rest because I had fever. I’m feeling much better now so I decided to go to work. If ever I have officemates reading this, then please try not to go near me or my virus might infect you, Lol. Anyway, I just wanted to update everyone regarding the compensation for the dupe wipe. In order to be more transparent and to show you guys that we’re acting on it, the GM Team is going to post a weekly update of all the accounts that were compensated. Take note that we will not include the names of the invalid requests anymore.

wauks… bakit sakin tagal mag raply ng ticket.. bali mag 4 weeks na ata sa friday.. sana ma compensate kasi binili ko ung sa ibang account ko.. tapos pinasa ko sa main account ko.. pero sabi naman ng customer service dun sa huling gumamit ng items na un dun mo sya irereport.. un nga lang wala syang screenshot. /heh

Sir Good PM. Ngayong lng po ako naka gawa ng ticket dahil akala ko wala ng pag asa magkaron ng compensatation pero nung nabasa ko to dali ako gumawa ng ticket. Pls pa follow up ticket numbers ko 6UA6K & 7IWY3. Willing nman ako maghintay wag lng po sana isnab report ticket ko. Thanks!

Please be reminded that you need not create another ticket regarding your compensation. Upon arrival of the compensation date, please check your character, inventory or kafra immediately. You may follow-up to us AFTER the said date of compensation IF in case you were unable to find the compensation. Take note that we won’t be able to return the items that were wiped because those were duplicated items. We will only return the zenny or some of the items you traded for the wiped duped equipment. The amount of zeny/item/s to be awarded is Final and Unappealable.
