I’m going to take the Ragnarok Challenge the Champ event a step further by turning it into a forum of sorts. It’s a good way to have a dialogue with you guys since there have been so many issues lately especially with customer service. I want things to improve, and maybe we can start from there. There won’t be a microphone set-up like a shareholder’s meeting. I’ll just be roaming around EGG and you guys can just approach me and ask away. If I can answer your question, then I’ll be more than happy to.
With regards to the resolution of your tickets, please be patient, especially those who were affected by the wipe. We can’t just give everything everyone is asking for. A lot of tickets that were filed were actually bogus claims. Also, if you’re going to file a ticket, make sure to include all the information necessary – that includes when you bought the lost item, the username, the character name, and the server. We’ve had some cases of players asking for an SGH but when we checked their logs we saw that they actually sold it via vend. That’s fraud and it will merit an automatic sanction.
I’m planning on making the bug status post on Friday. Maybe everyone can help me out already? I have a tentative list right now given to me by the GM Team but I want to know if there are more bugs that are not listed. If you know of a bug then please leave a comment here. Give it a title and write a short description of what the bug is.
