Today was one of the most frustrating days ever in my stay at Level-up Games. As most of you know, we announced that the additional 4 character slots would be applied today. This was announced in this blog and it was also announced in the official Ragnarok Online Website. Before we posted the announcement, we verified this with Gravity via a verbal conversation and even through e-mail. I got a call from the GM Team around 1:50PM saying that there were some unforeseen technical difficulties that Gravity bumped into. At around 2:30PM, I got a text message saying that the slots wouldn’t be implemented anymore. OH HELL NO!!!
That problem on top of everything else that I needed to do today kinda made Wauks a very cranky person for the entire afternoon. I’d like to apologize to the people that I ignored in YM and Cell. It was a really tough day and I needed to concentrate on work. Anyway, we pushed Gravity till the very ends of the earth to get the 4 slots implemented. Sadly they need more time to set it up for Thor, Urdr, and Sakray. I’ve already requested for the EXP compensation to start next week. If they don’t approve, I will go berserk mode, Rar. On a side note, thanks to GM Tristan for helping me out today. He helped out with the announcements and the coordination while I worked on other projects.

Hereis my list of complaints/questions na di naayos ng pagkahaba-habang maintenance, medyo OT, pero really need some answers
1.Ang maintenance ba sa Thor for the added 4 slots ay thursday or wednesday?
2. Kailan maaayos/babalik ang mail system? My Field manual is still stuck there.
3. Maaayos na ba ang lag at dc issues sa Thor sa last 10 minutes ng siege? (400-500 lang kami, tindi pa rin ng lag at DC)
4. What really happenned sa RB? Na hack? RB pa naman ang source ko ng latest info sa RO.

Just read about the news and may I ask what are you talking about when you say Noghaltz? Noghaltz is composed of 4 maps (Hu_fild01 aka Thanatos Tower, yuno_fild06,hu_fild04, hu_fild05 aka Abyss Lake). What then? The participants can just wander anywhere in that map? Keep in mind there are some maps that are PK enabled in that area for Urdr

HHMM… So pano nyo nmn p0 ipapaliwanag ung mga nawaalng items bago mag down ung servers 2 give way 2 the addtional 4 slots. I bought an item just after the maintenance with an announcement that the character slot will be nullified because of technical problems.Me knowing that there will be no more disconnections, bought an item…few minuets after buying server were down again saying that they are giving way to the 4 add 4 slots again, yeah the 4 slots were added but the item I bought before being disconnected was gone including the money….I already filed several tickets with screen shots hence there were no replies…
PLz any one help me and my fellow gamerz…

DAPAT I-DISREGARD YUNG WOE KAGABI. Last day yun ng scoring for the top 4 slots pang RWC server rep tapos sira ang maps.
Stuck ang characters grabe! Buti sana kung di kami naghahabol sa standings. Kung titingnan nyo ang standings sa FREYA dikit-dikit. Dahil sa nangyari kagabi na BRIT AND LUINA ang bumagsak andaming guilds na na-stuck.
Nawalan ng agit yung mga naghahabol sa points. Sobrang unfair.

sir wauks,i know ur tired and frustrated.bka pede po pachek at follow-up yung mga ng file ng ticket sa cust suport.regarding po sa item bug/deal bug last thur evening..yun po yung dc ng dc.as for my self im sure na hindi po dupe items gmit ko.kc po ako mismo gumwa at ng forged nun..kya po i know na safe items ko.im very much affected lng kc pinaghirapan ko yun tpos gnun lng ..Boom !!! wala na po .. :e5: sana po maayus na 2 kc im nt the only person na affected d2 as far as i know..ty po sir wauks..
