In Ragnarok Online Beta, I was really annoyed with Hydras. I was still playing a mage back then and it was really annoying when a Hydra or two would spawn behind my back and I ended up respawning. This torture continued when I decided to play a Merchant instead. Since I had no flee, the damn thing kept on hitting me and literally drained me of all my pots. It’s not like Merchant’s have a self-recovery thing. But lady luck would smile on me because that’s how I actually started my fortune in Ragnarok. I was lucky enough to pick up three Hydra cards in a couple of weeks, and I sold them and used the zenny as captial for my buy and sell. As a tribute to one of the most annoying monsters in the history of MMORPGs, I would like to share this video that I found on Youtube. It’s about a Poring, Poporing, and a bunch of Hydras.
