Gaming: LU Job Opportunities

I was talking with our HR Department Head earlier today about the applicants for the Ragnarok Assistant Brand Manager. It’s been really toxic lately because it’s really hard balancing the work load for both Ragnarok and Ragnarok 2. Believe me when I say that this isn’t all fun and games. Working for a service-oriented company like LU is pretty hard, especially with all the dependencies on the developer. Anyway, it’s challenging, but if gaming is your passion, Level-up is one of the places to be. I’ve taken the liberty of listing here all of our job openings, and I’d like to invite everyone who’s interested to apply. All you have to do is send an e-mail to jobs@levelupgames.ph. Your topic should be the job position that you’re applying for. Check out the openings after the jump.

    Nice daming job openings. Hmm, yung web developer ba di na open for applicants?

Reopen ko ulit yung ticket for the rok points kasi sabi May 25 daw masasabi kung ano nangyari. Wala update since now.

  2. @Chief,

    If ever a person would pass the requirements and have a chance to work with Level Up. Will that person’s LU game account be preserved or will it be deleted?

    I heard a lot of rumors concerning the deletion of LU games account when a person joins the company.

    I just dunno if that is true. (wala lang, I mean tagal pinag hirapan yung paggawa ng accounts and character levelling then mawawala lang dahil sa work para sa pang tustos ng account na yun)

  3. walang ojt :D

  4. The account will not be deleted. There are some guidelines, of course on the use of personal accounts. The key here is to distance yourself with your guild so that you will be neutral and unbiased.

    GM T

  5. @GM Tristan

    So pwede pa pala maglaro ng RO, siege, and maging LU employee at the and then abide by the rules and regulations? Or kailangan maging guildless for the duration of being a LU employee? @@ eheheheh

  7. Sad rin pala, I don’t really fit into the requirements of anything I like. pif sob

  8. @Desquallie/mhuu

    It really depends on your job. If you’re in marketing or in a certain brand team, it’s better if you distance yourself from the game but you keep your contacts close to you so you’ll be able to get info quickly. If you’re going for project management or CS, then I don’t see a problem in playing LU games. Just be sure not to brag about it or else you’ll not only get fired, your account gets banned too.

  9. @wauks
    so hnd p rin pla kau nkkhanap ng tao for asst brand mgr. Wla p kc me update w/my interview last may 23 sob2

  10. @Justice
    Ah ikaw ba yung na-interview ko? heh I want to interview everyone who applied first before making a decision. I have to screen well because I’m literally going to pass the torch to that guy sometime this year.

  11. Yap ako po ung na-interview nyo heh
    I see, so sasalain nyu p pla ng mabuti.
    I’ll just have to keep my fingers crossed and I hope that you consider other positions that are available for me just in case i become a casualty of war ^^

  12. My follow question pla me:

    Since i want to play safe (since mtindi ang labanan to become ur asst), and i might apply for other positions, do i have to submit my resume again? and do i have to schedule for another interview?

My friend easily meets and exceeds the other qualifications except for the graduate thing.

  14. Wauks, repost ko ito ah =)

  15. anong range nung salary ng CSR? how many months bago mag regular? normal office hours right? (bye bye night diff) … do they really need to be collgrad? i mean ive worked in 2 major call centers already and .. not to be rude but what we do here is 10x more stressful than simply reading spiels and canned replies.. which is basically what those level up CSR’s do. ^^

  16. @Graduate Issue
    As long as you have previous experience in a call center set-up, that will be more than enough to get you the job - especially if you do well in the interview.

    @Myruz
    May dalawang klaseng CSR - one is for the day based and another one is night based (with night dff).

    @Kiven
    Sure man! Send me some link love naman. XD

    @Justice
    I’ll get back to you on that.

  17. kano basic for CSAs sir wauks? and negotiable or sumthin? gg

  18. @Wauks

    Pano ang sahod ng CS? >16K? /gg

    OT @ Wauks

    heh

  20. if there’s a night shift CSR how come they’re only accessible to customers during normal office hours? dont tell me they switch to mail support past office hours.. >_

  21. wat if ur an under grad but u have IT back ground and a wide knowledge on Onlime gaming, will it be possible to land a job at LUG?

  22. Yung sa CSR guys it’s a new project for LU and it doesn’t actually involve the games of LU. heh

    Same pay as normal Call Centers ata. Try nyo na rin, wala naman mawawala sa inyo if you apply.
