    Starting today until tomorrow, our Customer Support hotlines will be suspended so that the entire team can focus on answering the tickets that have piled up due to the dupe wipe incident. That’s good news for the RO Community because that means that a lot of tickets will be answered and resolved today and tomorrow. Take note that I’m not saying that ALL the tickets will be answered – there’s a ticket line and the CS Agents will be able to process the first batch of people who sent their tickets early.     TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF LEVELUP CUSTOMER SUPPORT HOTLINE

    Please be advised that Level-Up! Customer Support Hotline will be temporarily suspended for two days, June 28-29 (Thursday and Friday), due to an emergency phone line maintenance. During this time, we will be unable to accept inbound calls.

    AFFECTED SERVICES:

    Walk In Assistance: Operational
    Customer Support Page: Operational

    Please submit all reports via the Customer Support Page at www.levelupsupport.ph.
    Customer Support Hotline service will resume by Saturday, 30 June 2007, from 12nn to 8pm.

    Guys, take note that the Walk-in and Customer Support Page services are still operational. Only the hotline will be suspended. I’m not just talking about tickets with regards to the dupe – this also includes rebirth bug tickets, bugs, player misconduct, etc. We’ll be announcing the new siege event within the next few hours so watch out for that one. We had to suspend the RPC Agit Lord scoring again mainly because of the server crash which is still pending a permanent fix from Gravity. I’m doing my best as well to get pRO some more EXP events to compensate for everything that has happened lately. No promises, but I will try.

      Hopefully within the week. We’ll have a problem though with the people who lost items that they aquired more than two months from the wipe. That will take a little more time. We can only immediately help those within the two month time frame because those are the readily available logs. IT is already pulling out the trade/inventory/kafra logs for the past two years so that we can compensate everyone else accordingly. :)

      What happens if the dupe script was proven to have wiped LEGIT items? Best think of a plan now mahirap na yung “We’ll cross that bridge when we get there”.

      It’s been 16 days since this Rebirth/Trancendent Job change Bug occurred, up to now wala pa rin ginagawa ang Level Up. 2 Extended weekly Maintenance, 1 Emergency Maintenance and 1 Extended Emergency Maintenance at di nyo pa rin inaayus tong Bug na Eto. Anu ba hinihintay nyo Pasko? o talagang dedma lang kayo kasi di nyo kayang ayusin. Kung ganun nga tapatin nyo na lang kami at sabihin amin ang totoo at wag na kayo magreply s mga ticket namin ng give us ample time to resolve this issue, kasi pina-aasa nyo lang ang mga tao.

      nababasa pa ba to? sir wauks, dupping is a ground for RPC disqualification right? nag iinvestigate ba kayo? kanina lang naka chat ko ung friend ko sa kabilang guild and sinabi nya na nakapag dupe na naman ang guild nila sa agit kafra ng geffen. sana lang mag investigate talaga kayo, i still have a copy nung pag uusap namin and names ng duper sa guild.

      sana magkaron ng investigation ito, walang kwenta ang rpc kung hindi fair ang laban.
