      The president of Mobius just resigned. You might want to hire him. ;)

      @Mike

      Er… wouldn’t it be a demotion to hire a former CEO as a CSR or Project Officer? Lol. Thanks for the news though.

    • feji on June 30, 2007

      hi..just wanna ask, is LU accepting student for internship?

    • tester on June 30, 2007

      @wauks

      know what you guys need? either you hire better customer support peeps or revamp the whole customer support system.

      I have just opened a ticket complete with screenshot and guess what? it was closed as incomplete daw. they still wants me to give the char name, server, and list of items lost.

      kaya nga may screenshot e. nandun yung charname, server at items na traded. i mean… how irritating can you get? try to put yourself at the shoes of your customers wauks. you know how frustrating it is given those conditions.

      i have been very polite with the filing of my ticket. i gave more than 2 screenshots, 3 to be exact. and this is what i get? i know how it feels like to be a CSR, i too have been one. but its quite common sense to ask for things that are obviously there already. just to set things straight, your quality assurance team, if you ever have one is not doing their job properly.

      please consider…

      I wasn’t talking about the jobs posted, Wauks. Have you found a replacement for Sheila Paul yet? ;)

    • Mike Abundo on June 30, 2007

      Oh, wait, nevermind. Congratulations to Pet on taking over. :)

    • Henie on June 30, 2007

      @ tester
      I also had the same problem when I filed a ticket for my wiped out duped items. They replied and asked for my username, character name, server, list of items lost, estimated date I acquired those items, etc. BUT I ALREADY SPECIFIED ALL THOSE INFOS ON MY TICKET!

      I think di nila binasa ticket ko. Parang gusto lang ata nila madelay case ko cos they weren’t able to attend to it. They just copy pasted all their replies sa lahat ng dupe wipeout cases without actually reading the ticket. Kung copy paste lang pala trabaho ng CS, lahit elementary dropout pwede pala maging CS.

      Kung gusto nila more time on their investigation, they should have simply informed me. But asking for the same infos which were already present… that’s plain incompetence talaga.

    • tester on June 30, 2007

      @mikeabundo

      youre damn right. they just copy paste their answers. my friend got exactly the same reply. ang matindi pa nito at the end of every not eh they will drop the case daw if you did not respond w/in 7 days. i never got any email about that. kundi ko pa chineck ang ticket status e di ko malalaman. kung di ko pala nacheck edi goodbye 500m worth of items

      natatawa nga ako, dati naiinis ako sa mga players na nagpupub na minumura ang LUG, dapat pala talaga murahing ang mba bwetreng yan. di marunong mag alaga ng customer.

      @Mike

      Oh, hehe. When Sheila left, management decided to split her work into 2. Pet Syling, our CTO, is now the Chief Operating Officer for Level-up Games. Jake San Diego is now the Marketing Director.

    • Wauks on July 1, 2007

      @tester

      That’s alarming. I’ll talk to the CS Team on Monday. I already have plans on implementing something that will help the CS do their job better. Para siyang rating system. I’ll post more on that soon.

      how much salary? maganda ba magwork sa LU? parang lahat ng sisi ng players sayo babagsak. sasabihan ka pang incompetent ka kahit ang totoong may sala eh ang GM’s. hahayzz… anyway, sa sales siguro pwede pa. nid pa ba ng application letter or email nlng ung resume?

    • Adam on May 12, 2008

      hey hey dont ask about the salary..(^_^)

      if you really love to be a part of LU, then dont mind the salary..

      as long as you can be a part of this firm..(^_^) di mo na kailangan ng malaking sweldo
