Final Fantasy Themes by Orchestra
Ragnarok Assistant Brand Manager Rob Yatco gave me this link to a video on Youtube that showed a full orchestra and choir performing various themes from Final Fantasy Advent Children. I was a bit skeptical at first but after watching it I now find myself looking for the MP3’s because I want them on my iPod!
Here are two of my favorite videos in the whole concert. The first one is One Winged Angel, also known as the Sepiroth theme. Performance by Twilite Orchestra. Truly kick ass stuff here guys. Better brace yourselves.
ONE WINGED ANGEL/SEPIROTH
It’s funny that when the orchestra started to play the crowd went wild, hehe. Who can blame them? The Sepiroth theme is arguably one of the most well known pieces in game soundtracks, especially when they used it for Advent Children.The second video is a piano performance by a 17-year old kid named Kevin Aprilio. He plays the Final Fantasy battle theme “Tatakau Monotachi”. I can’t believe that he’s so young and yet so talented! I’m a frustrated pianist so I’m really jealous, hehe.

errhhmmm.. the sound and the video a bit out of sync pero astig pa rin sana tugtugin ng san miguel phil harmonic orchestra yan at pati yung choir nila… hehehe

one winged angel - truly one very big KICK-ASS!! \m/ i really loved this part of advent children most especially the musics because they mixed orchestra and rock…and they made it on the final battle scene..thats what made advent children won some very good hits :)

BANGIS.. sana makagawa din tayo ng ganyan dito sa pinas…
yung orchestra akala yung talaga yung sound track eh.. nagkaiba lang yung sa chorale.. hehe
tapos si kevin grabe ang lambot ng kamay nkakapanghina..

Outstanding…! I wish that they perform here…! I will surely BEEEE TTTHHHHEEERRREEE! TATAKAU MONOTACH IS THE BEST BATTLE THEME SONG EVAAAAAAAAH!!!! No doubt…! And the sephirot theme was beyond anything i ever heard… that orchestra was… well words cant explain how good they are….! FINAL FANTASY IS THE BEST RPG EVAAAAAAH! NO OTHER RPG CAN BEAT IT….! AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! xD Oh and cute chocobo theme song too… :D

The themes is really good but…..
I still prefer Chrono Cross over Final Fantasy.

Btw, Chrono Cross and Final Fantasy are both developed by Square/Squaresoft/Square Enix.
