Eraserheads Concert II: The Final Set on March 7, 2009
It’s confirmed! The phenomenal Pinoy band the Eraserheads will continue their abruptly canceled reunion concert on March 7, 2009. Unlike last time wherein they tried to tap Marlboro to produce the concert, now it’s going to be sponsored by SMART Communications. Makes sense to me since they’re probably one of the few corporations in this country that can afford to mount such an expensive endeavor, hahaha! I was really disappointed since I wasn’t able to go to the first concert, but I’m making it solid decision right now to make sure that I’ll be there for this one. I will not miss this concert. I will not miss this concert. Hopefully Ely also doesn’t have to get hospitalized again in the middle. Anyway, the quote of the press article after the jump.

Updated January 10, 2009 12:00 AMIt’s confirmed. The Eraserheads concert “The Final Set” is set.
Save the date: March 7, 2009. The concert is produced by MTV and Smart with the venue yet to be announced.
For now, it’s a tossup between The Fort and SM Mall of Asia grounds.
They’re just about to sign the contract and will have their press conference on January 19.
We know you can’t wait, that’s why we’re already telling you — remember, you read it here first in Supreme!

If ever this will be the 2nd concert I’ll be going to this year. First will be the fall out boy concert (tickets are as expensive as hell) then this… I sure wish that they do give incentives for those that have the tix from the first one… And may Ely be healthy before the concert so we enjoy this one till the end…
