Dragonball - The Movie
So we’ve seen countless western superheroes make their mark in Hollywood already. There was Superman, Spiderman, Iron Man, Batman, and god knows how many more will come out in the future. Notice that all the movies though have “man” in the title? Lol. Anyway, come 2009, there’s a new superhero movie but this one is based on a popular manga and anime made in Japan. I’m talking about DRAGONBALL Z! Woot! I’m seriously more worried than excited about this, hahaha! Anyway, here are the cast pictures for the upcoming DBZ movie. So what do you guys think? Are you excited about this or do you feel the same way as me? I’d hate to see a live action movie spoil all the good memories I have from Dragonball (LOL).

I don’t think even Chow Yun-Fat can give a live action DB film justice, they’ve attempted this before and it was such a joke.. Dragon Ball is an anime just won’t fit in a live action film.

& ung main villain sa film na yan… c piccolo.. w/c will be played by an actor dati sa BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER tv series.. ung c SPIKE, ung anti-hero turn good vampire & naging bf ni buffy

im so excited about this one.
the only things that makes me excited about it is the fact that it’s produced by one of my fave asian actors and also a dragonball fan, Stephen Chow. i’m pretty sure, Stephen knows what they’re doing.
let’s just wait for the movie to come. if it is set to fail then so be it. if it succeeds, then they better make a Dragonball Z movie.

Actually, Stephen Chow has basically nothing to do with this movie. Fox isn’t accepting any of his suggestions even if they’re great, and they’re just keeping him on the staff list to cheat his fans into the cinemas. So those who are excited about this flick because of him should start cooling down and go tell people the truth, or else Stephen Chow will be linked to one of the dumbest movies in history for the rest of eternity
