Claymore: Anime Review
I’m also a very big fan of Japanese Animation (Anime), so like what I said in my previous post about Naruto, I’m going to start writting about some of the anime titles that I’m watching. Since Bleach is on filler episode status and Naruto Shippuuden is getting boring, I asked around for other anime titles that I could watch while waiting for the real story-based episodes to come in. pRO Community Manager, Wintertsuki, recommended to me a relatively new series called Claymore. When she told me about the story of the series, I immediately got interested and I got the episodes from her via my handy USB Flash Disk, Lol.
The plot of Claymore is actually very complex, with a lot of twists and turns that will definitely surprise the viewer. The basic story though is rather simple. Demons called “Yoma” are killing and eating innocent people left and right. The only people who can see and defeat these creatures are warrior-women organization called the “Claymores”.
The anime revolves around the central character named “Claire”, who was a Yoma-abused young girl that was saved by one of the most powerful Claymores in that era named Teresa. Claire eventually grows up to be one of the most promising warriors in the organization. Instead of me telling you guys the entire story, I think you should just watch it, Lol. You can probably find the episdoes on Youtube or Crunchyroll. If you’re not into that kind of thing, then hop on over to the nearest anime store and get a couple of original DVDs.
If asked to rate Claymore, I’d definitely give it a 10/10. I can’t friggin’ wait for them to release the next episode.

Waah, pinost na nga. Yeah Claymore is indeed a great series, stays true to the manga without being hmm boring XD . I’d love to cosplay Claire, but I don’t have the muscle mass XD .

Its true that Claymore is action pact..But they will end its 1st season after the war in the north, dono if it is really true but they say that the makers arent into fillers..

One of the best anime that I’ve watched pa rin is Shadow Skill, hehe. Yung Devil may Cry parang gusto ko i-try panoorin.

Ito try nyo mga titles. Two Thumbs Up for me.

Every time I see the word Claymore I can’t help but remember the Blacksmith Piont’s uber-expensive elemental claymores way back lolx

Actually si Clare/Claire, hindi talaga sya considered as a “promising organization” more like “something different” /heh
And sa tingin ko dun din matatapos to sa War in the North unless mag filler. Pero mahaba haba pa yung War, kaya hindi pa to matatapos in 2 months siguro /heh

ahahaha nice :D same gues for me i can’t friggin w8 for the nxt episode T_T claymore is one of my best anime out here hey wauks if you like horror anime try Ghost Hunt you can find it in crunchyroll.com or animecrazy.net hehehe also try Blood+ it’s really nice :D and many more anime outa here i watch

i agree with Scot Wauks you should give Ghost hunt a try even if the first arc was kinda boring don’t let it deter you cause the following arcs are when the action/paranormal events really start other animes that are also recommended are Hayate no Gotoku(combat buttler) Seto no Hanayome, Code geass, Heroic Age and the second season of Zero Tsukaima

I’ve been faithful both to the anime and manga. Though so much difference na between the two, as in BIG DIFFRENCE. It’s still a great anime. The anime eps are up until 26 lang I’ve heard. Ghost Hunt is freakin’ crazy especially the Blood Labyrinth trilogoy.. Try Kaze no Stigma too Sir Waukeen
