Level Up Games, in cooperation with various sponsors and the local government of Cebu City, held the first ever Level Up Mural Painting Competition with the theme of “Responsible Gaming”. This activity has been running for almost 7 months and it culminated in a grand party and EB last weekend to recognize all the groups that collaborated and of course to give thanks to all the artists who painted the 1KM stretch of walls. Together with some of the top-level managers of Level Up (including the Game Boss Ben Colayco himself), we went to Cebu last Saturday to attend the recognition event.

Over-all the event was a huge success. Imagine - 1 kilometer worth of mural paintings featuring your favorite Level Up Games? And we had the support of the local government including their councilor and vice-mayor! This was truly a momentous and rare moment in our industry and I’m really proud to be part of the company that initiated it.
