I was pleasantly surprised to find out that another one of my very good friends here at the office decided to make his own blog. This time though it’s not related at all to gaming - but it’s something that’s very dear to our hearts. PitydPat just started his new blog which focuses on Girl Hunting! In his blog, PitydPat talks about all the women that he’s made a connection with, and I’m not saying a sexual kind of connection. He’s more into exploring friendships and getting to know women from various industries, professions, and classes. He even has an entry about Sandara Park, lol.

Here’s a quote from his latest post discussing the goals of his blog.

What a perfect opportunity to add girls to my blog,” I thought. But as I was approaching one of the models, who was already fashioning out a winning smile, I was suddenly struck by a singular thought.

“This isn’t what Girl Hunt is about”.

Girl Hunt isn’t about looking for pretty girls, taking their pictures and then posting it. If that was all it was about, then I ccould just surf the net, download pictures and write away. No, Girl Hunt is about more than that. Girl Hunt is about a connection.

The Connection. The one you feel when you realize you’ve just found a friend.

And you don’t get that from having your picture taken with models (who are paid to smile when a camera’s pointed at them and a nerd has his arm around their waist).
