Bleach 178 & Naruto Shippuuden: Filler Episode Invasion
I stopped watching Bleach and Naruto Shippuuden when they started showing filler episodes. Instead of watching the anime, I decided to follow the manga instead but that’s for another blog post. I decided to watch again last night and boy was I disappointed to see that they’re still showing filler episodes! By the way, “filler episodes” are parts of the TV series that aren’t found on the official manga. In a way they’re actually not part of the over-all story of the title. However, they can be a bit entertaining. Bleach Episode 178 was actually fun to watch!
Reminds me of Nightmare from Soul Calibur
Ichigo faces off with what looks like a Ninja that’s slowly being devoured by his Katana. Like what the caption above says, it really reminds me of Nightmare from Soul Calibur.
They fight a really long and epic battle and Ichigo is even trapped in a mirror dimension but he eventually manages to break free. After that, it’s good old fashion Bleach sword fighting - complete with all the black special effects, hehe.
Anyway, suffice to say this opponent meets his demise the same way most of Ichigo’s opponents die. Ichigo does the Hollow transformation and beats the living crap out of him. One difference here is that the enemy decides to draw more power from his katana but he gets devoured by the sword instead, killing him on the spot.
What’s a bit alarming is that the ending of this particular episode paves the way for more filler episodes. It looks like we won’t be seeing any official story archs in the TV series for a while. It’s all good anyway since the manga is doing really well (both for Naruto Shippuuden and Bleach).

hate filler nag ppatagal nang story eh…
mas ok sa manga kaya lang need konting imagination
kumpara sa anime na pag action action talaga…

sir wauks! maganda naman yung filler ng shippuden a. at least di na katulad nung mga dating filler episodes ng naruto! may sariling storyline na at interestiing kahit papaano. /heh

a minor concern po sir. i’m really happy we decided to apply the RWC rules sa regionals, sana pati sa server battles narin ganun. i really believe this will go a long way in preparing us for the actual rwc. sa dami ng gifted players ng ro sa phil, dapat lang talaga we rule the tourney. it’s just a matter of preparedness.
pero back to my concern po, iRO po kasi made public the videos of the recently concluded USRC. i noticed po (aside from their obvious lack of talent /gawi) na the battle was 8v8 instead of 7v7. i know this may be just an arbitrary change made by iRO, but maybe you should look into this? kasi baka the rules have been changed without us being informed. after all, threat na kasi tayo sa kRO after our decent showing last rpc.

Hate Fillers? alam nyo ba reason kung ba nag fillers ang isang ANIME?? me upcoming movie kc ang naruto shippuden. it will be release this coming august. kaya siguro pag dating ng august back in track na ulit ang naruto. ang by the way ang isang episode ng anime consist of 3 chapters sa manga kaya ok lang sila mag filler kc baka mahabol ung manga eh.

ano caine? 3 chapters ung manga ng narutae? ano ka hilo. swerte ka na pag naka dalwang chapter ang naruto. dapat nga walang filler ung narutard shitppuuden eh. kasi ang layu pa nila sa latest chapter ng manga. puro filler na nga sa narutae. filler na naman sa narutae shitppuuden. ano kaya un? ang bagal na nga story ng shitppuuden eh. panay titigan. tapos filler pa. may hula ako eh. ung filler na yan para kay azuma. kasi mamamatay na sia! :D

satisfaction is not presented to everyone - people have different perspectives - pro fillers or not … that’s why they invented the “FORWARD” feature in video - learn to use it.
