Ben Colayco’s Gadgets Interview

Level up Game Boss Ben Colayco was recently featured in an article published in the January 30 edition of the Inquirer Gadgets Gallery section. In the interview, Ben names his favorite gadgets and narrates how they are now part of his everyday life for both business and pleasure. Here’s an excerpt from the interview:

INQ: What are the devices found inside your office?

Ben: I have a Samsung Boredeux Plus 37″ in my office, which is my personal pride and joy. I figured I spend more time in the office than I do at home so I just brought the TV here. My favorite office diversion is my Xbox 360 Elite. Overheating was an issue with the original 360s, so the dual fans of the elite solves that problem. So far, no problems, plus black looks cooler than the white one. It also goes with my Guitar Hero 3 wireless Gibson guitar.

My laptop is a Panasonic Toughbook CF-19. It has a fully rubberized keyboard, shock-mounted hard drive and a battery that lasts 6 hours on one charge. If it’s good enough for Iraq, it’s more than enough for my travel schedule. I don’t think twice about dropping it or getting it wet.

Someone also gave me a Phillips digital photoframe for the holidays and it’s great!

My phone is a Sony Ericsson P1i, which is a huge benefit when I’m mobile - it’s almost as if I never leave my desk.

If you want to read the full article, then try to look for the January 30 edition of the Inquirer. I’m not really sure if there’s a copy of the full article posted on the internet.
