Anime Father & Son Tandems
Bleach still remains to be one of my favorite anime titles even with the presence of the annoying filler episodes. Fortunately for us, the Bounto story arc was a bit okay and if you didn’t read the manga, you’d actually think that it was part of the actual plot. One angle that I’d love for them to focus more on is with Kurosaki Isshin - Ichigo’s father. I don’t read the Bleach manga so I have no idea yet if they actually did this. The Isshin-Ichigo relationship is a classic example of a great father/son tandem in an anime series.
Speaking of more father and son tandems, I’d like to tackle the one that was revealed in the latest manga of Naruto. If you don’t read the manga and you don’t want to read spoilers, then don’t take the jump.
In the latest manga of Naruto, Tsunade and Jiraya are having a chat before he goes off to a mission against the Akatsuki. Their talk finally reveals what is the relationship between Naruto and Minato Yamikaze (Yondaime). Minato Yamikaze and Uzumaki Kushina are the parents of Naruto - this pretty much confirms that the Yondaime is his father. When you think about it, this ties up a lot of loose ends. That’s the reason why Jiraya taught Naruto the Rasengan, and why Naruto was able to master it quickly. That and the fact that the two of them really look a like.
These two examples of father and son tandems in anime series will defintely be watched by millions of people around the world. Naruto is arguably one of the most popular anime titles, and Bleach is also right up there. It’s just amazing how similar the two titles are. Both have stupid-hero-turned-cool story lines. Both also put a lot of importance on the relationship between father and son. Maybe that’s why I’m hooked on watching both.

@Lelio yea, its animation is made by the same people but the creator is not the same guy @kramer
Haha I know, mali nga yun theory namin but who knows maybe the author might twist it again /gg words lng yun ni Jiraya & Tsunade at 22o anak pala yun leader ng Ataksuki haha that wud be fu o.O @topic I wud really like to see both characters inherited powers be shown, in Bleach, Ichigo father havent taught his son some of his techniques at sa Naruto nman, even though there is the Rasengan from his dad, I wud like to see his mother side jutsu, like Tsunade said Naruto’s technique is more on his mother side.. Wudnt it be insane if he can possess more than 3 catergory o.O

@Derek: Maybe the Kage no Bunshin thingy is her mother’s technique. That’s why Naruto can do it so well

@Wauks maybe but I still have to see other village to use it, so far I havent seen something like that.. Anyways, its one of the forbidden technique so its origin might be only Konoha or it might be from his mother village, oh well we will just to see.. Sexy no jutsu hehe I wonder what Naruto’s parents would say if they were still alive & he used it..

I agree with Derek. Di pa naman straight na sinabi nila Tsunade and Jiraiya that Naruto is Minato’s son. IIRC ang ginamit na word eh “His” pa lang, so pwede pa baguhin yun.
With that dialogue between Jiraiya and Tsunade, I ask now, Sino yung pangatlong team member na tinuruan ni Jiraiya?
And sino or ano yung “Roots”

father and son, ippo boxer - tatay fisherman, walang kinalaman, hahaha
well anyway about it’s confirmed that minato’s son is naruto and jiraiya and tsunade stated it clearly. but about KB(kage bunshin) that supposedly is his mother’s specialty jutsu, i doubt it kasi, KB is secret technique to konoha, like MB(misu bunshin) in mist village, so KB is special to naruto that his mother knows nothing of

@mhuu~ roots is like an underground movement, their leader intentions are to rule over Konoha but he dont show any aggression yet but instead gave a 4th member to Naruto & Sakura team, you’ll know in the upcoming epi.. @mj12 we still dont know Naruto’s mother history, for all we know she stated in Konoha for a while.. kage bushin isnt special to Konoha, it isnt a bloodline limit so it can be copied.. a gud exam is Kakashi who copies techniques from other ninja.. maybe a little training & a gud master, you can learn it..

@derek yeah it was’nt a bloodline limit but the fact the every ninjutsu is secret is another factor that it be difficult to learn, take orochimaru for example, he stated in the fight against 3rd that his goal is to learn all the jutsu in the ninja world, but he had difficulty because it other countries are so tight on keeping their jutsu’s, kakashi though has sharingan and you know what sharingan does.

@mj12 well it is difficult to learn, coz if you want to learn you must befriend someone and we know that Orochimaru isnt that friendly with other people.. He wants a Uchiha eyes dats why he wanted Itachi 1st but it he was too powerful already so he went for the 2nd best which was Sasuke

well kushina was told to be tomboyish and turned into a beauty a she got older and then met minato, so i think she was already like that and change when she met minato and have a baby, i guess she focused on her family when she met minato just like kurenai
